Design & Supply of Waster Water Treatment System. Scope included design, procurement, fabrication & supply of waste water treatment system.

Mechanical Design of SS & LTCS Progen Vessels. Scope included calculations as per ASME Sec VIII Div 1, GA, and fabrication drawings.

Finite Element Analysis of the permeater housing to optimize the design as per ASME Section VIII Div 1

Stress Analysis of the skid and interconnecting piping including modifications required. Scope also included piping support selection and design.

Stress Analysis of High Pressure Steam Boiler and Turbine piping. Scope included performing stress analysis as per B31.1, recommending changes in piping routing, support selection, spring support datasheets, stress isometrics, & final report.

Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Piping design of the pumping station. Scope included foundation drawings, electrical cable schedule, pump datasheets, 3d modeling, GA drawings and isometrics among other deliverables

Mechanical Design of SS & LTCS Progen Vessels. Scope included calculations as per ASME Sec VIII Div 1, GA, and fabrication drawings.

Mechanical, Structural, E&I, & Piping Design of MEG Package. Scope included mechanical design calculations and drawings, 3d modeling, GA drawings, isometrics, Stress analysis as per B31.3, & Structural design and drawings.

Piping, Structural, & Instrumentation Design of Gathering Manifold Skid. Scope included 3d modeling, stress analysis, GA drawings, isometrics, structural calculation and drawings, cable schedule and layouts.

Project Description to be revised as: Basic & Detail Engineering Design Services for a 70,000 Barrels Per Day Atmospheric Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) and LPG Unit with the associated Utility Packages.

CES was awarded the Engineering Design of the Vacuum Distillation Package. Project Scope included following; Process Design including simulation, PFDs, PIDs, process datasheets, & specifications. Piping Design including 3d modeling, isometrics, piping layouts, Material take offs, valve datasheets, and piping specifications. Mechanical Design and drawings for vessels, heat exchangers, tanks and columns. E&I Design including instrument datasheets & index, specifications, cable schedules and layouts, SCADA system design, & electrical load lists. Structural calculations and drawings for pipe rack, VDU Package structure, VDU Column structure, storage & loading / unloading area piperacks and sleepers. Civil Design including calculations and drawings for vessels, exchangers, pipe racks & sleepers, heater, VDU Column, VDU Package structure, heater and loading/unloading stations.
